Due to Covid-19 once making an appointment via the booking system, we will call you to confirm, all clients will be asked numerous questions do to restrictions in the salon. If we feel it is unsafe for you or our clients to be in the salon you may be denied. Anyone that is sick or has symptoms will also be denied.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for booking online with L.A Hair.

Upon booking online a Booking Deposit of 20% is required to secure your appointment this will come off your appointment total.

If you choose to cancel or are unable to attend your appointment please contact the salon within 48hrs. If you are unable to contact the salon before the 48hr period to reschedule your Booking Deposit will be forfitted.  

Reminder / Confirmation SMS will be sent out 4 days prior to your appointment. If you have confirmed & do not attend your appointment your deposit will be for-fitted.

Any service that is booked in-salon or over the phone valued at over $200, a 20% deposit will also be taken to secure the appointment. The cancellation poilcy above also applys.
